An assemblage of Pinot Noir, Meunier and Chardonnay with a pale yellow color, Mercier Brut has a bouquet marked by white stone fruits and notes of fresh bread. Aromas of ripe apple and pear develop fully on the palate for a delightfully fresh finish.
