A bold and juicy cabernet sauvignon with some light spice, this is a classic Argentinian interpretation of the well-known French grape. It is made from grapes grown in the high-altitude vineyards of the Uco Valley in Mendoza, which is known to produce some of the country’s finest wines.
Tasting notes
In wine terms, ‘reserva’ means aged for a particular amount of time. In this case the wine spent 12 months in oak to soften strong tannins, followed by six months in bottle. The longer it is aged at home, the more pronounced and vegetal the flavours and aromas will become.
